Placing an order
To place an order, you must only follow the online purchase process, fill out the information requested for the order and authorize payment. Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirming your order and we will send you the item(s).
The prices on the web page include VAT, however shipping costs are separate (including shipping and handling) and are charged to the customer and added to the total purchase amount. In addition, international customers must also be responsible for, whenever applicable, any additional customs charges and local taxes.
However, we are responsible for shipping and handling. Among other factors, shipping costs depend on the shipping address and the size of the package needed for the items.
Countries with shipping restrictions
The items on our webpage can be sent anywhere, but unfortunately, certain destinations are restricted.
Countries with restrictions are Central America (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama), South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela), Mexico and Russia, Australia, Thailand and Philippines.
Tracking and delivery time
Once the purchase process is complete, you can track your items at any time by using the tracking number provided.
On the other hand, the time of delivery depends on where the package is sent.
Availability of the items
All the items available on our online store are subject to availability. Should we be out of stock on a particular item, or if we have a problem in the supply, we will refund your money.

Return terms & requirements
You must return items one month before receiving them. Unfortunately, returns after this date are not accepted. Remember that you can always contact us by email or by phone. This information can be found in the contact section of our web page.
On the other hand, remember that you can return any purchased item as long as it’s in the original condition as you received it and it needs to be in perfect conditions.
Return policy and associated expenses
You can return items from your home by contracting a courier service. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for this service and the return of the items. As a result, all expenses related to the return (including the contract, courier service and customs) are at your expense.
Refunding the purchased amount
The refund of the purchased amount is done as soon as possible. However, this cannot be done until we have received the items and have checked their status. Items must be in the same conditions as they were sent: they cannot be used and they must have the labels on them. Once the items have been examined, we will inform you if you are entitled to a reimbursement. If this is the case, the amount will be reimbursed through the same payment method used when you purchased the items.
PRICE & PAYMENT POLICY
As you select items, these are added to your shopping cart. Once you are finished with your selection, the next step is to process your order and pay for your items. To do this, please proceed to your shopping cart and make your purchase by providing the necessary payment information.
Accepted payment methods
The following credit cards and payment methods are accepted on our online store: Mastercard, American Express and Visa. You can also provide a discount coupon, if you have one, during the payment process.
When you click on “Place Order” you confirm that you are the owner of the credit card and authorize the payment. Please remember, that in the event that the issuer of the card does not authorize payment, we cannot enter into an agreement with you and your order will be automatically canceled.
Making a purchase as a guest
To make a purchase as a guest, you can create a session where all your data is stored so you can use it again in the future. However, the creation of this session is completely optional and is not necessary to place an order.
In the event that you don’t want to create a session, we will only ask for pertinent information to make your purchase so we can send you the items.
