When placing an order on the website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
The products on our website can be shipped worldwide; however, unfortunately, certain destinations are restricted.
The affected countries are: Central America (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama), South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela), Mexico, and Russia.
You may purchase from any country, but we can only ship your order to addresses within the selected country.

RAFA NADAL SHOP has made efforts to display the colors of the garments as closely as possible to reality. However, the color of the items shown on your device may vary depending on the quality or type of device. In this sense, RAFA NADAL SHOP cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your device will exactly match reality.
Additionally, the characteristics of the natural materials used in the manufacture of some products may present variations in texture and color. These variations will not be considered defects or flaws in quality.
Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be valid until the specified date or until stocks are exhausted.
Likewise, RAFA NADAL SHOP makes necessary efforts to ensure that the information contained on the website is complete, accurate, and correct. In case of an error in any information, RAFA NADAL SHOP will correct it.
3.3. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected item, its name, size, chosen color, and price in the corresponding currency (taxes included). The price displayed does not include transportation, which may vary depending on the selected shipping method.

To complete the purchase, you will be asked to provide personal data, which will be added to our database to process the order and, if necessary, facilitate future purchases through the website.
The personal data provided by the customers will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

The receipt of the order acknowledgment does not mean the acceptance of the order by RAFA NADAL SHOP. The customer's order constitutes an offer to RAFA NADAL SHOP to purchase the item(s). All orders are subject to RAFA NADAL SHOP's acceptance. RAFA NADAL SHOP is not obliged to accept the order and may, at its discretion, reject it.
However, the customer acknowledges that by clicking the “Confirm payment” button, they acquire the obligation to pay for the item(s) once RAFA NADAL SHOP accepts the order. In this regard, when RAFA NADAL SHOP accepts the order, it will notify the customer through a new email confirming that the order has been shipped or, if applicable, is available for pickup (the "Confirmation").
The contract between the customer and RAFA NADAL SHOP for the item(s) will be considered completed when RAFA NADAL SHOP sends the customer the Confirmation. The contract will only cover the item(s) confirmed in the Confirmation. RAFA NADAL SHOP is not obligated to provide any item(s) that have not been confirmed.
3.5. GUEST PURCHASE
To make a purchase, you can create a session where all your details will be saved for future use. However, creating an account is optional and not required to place an order.
If you prefer not to create an account, only the essential data required for payment and shipment will be requested.
3.4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items in our online store are subject to availability. In case the desired items are out of stock or there is an issue with their supply, a full refund will be issued for the amount paid by the customer.
3.5. RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER
RAFA NADAL SHOP may cancel any confirmed order or refuse to accept an order placed for the following reasons:

PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
4.1. PAYMENT PROCESS
As you select the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. Once your selection is complete, the next step is to process the order and make the payment. For this, you must access your cart and finalize the purchase by providing the necessary information.
4.2. BILLING
The customer gives explicit consent to receive the invoice in electronic format. If the customer prefers a paper invoice, they can request it at any time by contacting our Customer Service.
4.4. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
5.1. ORDER PLACEMENT
To place an order, simply follow the online purchase process, provide the required shipping information, and authorize the payment. You will then receive a confirmation email, and we will proceed to ship the package.
5.2. SHIPPING COSTS
Prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs (including handling and transportation), which will be charged to the customer and added to the total purchase amount. International customers will also cover any applicable customs duties and local taxes.
However, the customer will not need to manage or arrange the shipping of the package, as we will handle it. Shipping costs will depend on the shipping address and the size of the package containing the items.

RETURN POLICY
Don’t worry if you're not satisfied with your purchase—you can return the received items without the need for justification. However, you must adhere to the following points.
6.1. Return period and requirements
The return of items must be notified within the month following the receipt of the package. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be accepted. Remember that you can contact us by email or phone; the relevant contact details can be found in the "Contact" section of our website.
Furthermore, you can return any purchased product, but it must remain in its original condition and kept in perfect condition. Items that are specified as non-returnable, due to hygiene reasons or other factors, such as masks, are excluded from returns.
If the customer returns all the products from their order within the month following the receipt of the order, the full payment of the purchase, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
If the customer decides to keep any products and, therefore, partially cancel their order, only the price paid for the products will be refunded, and the shipping costs will not be refunded.
6.2. Return methods and associated costs
Returns can be made from your home using a courier service arranged by you, sending the products to Carretera Cales de Mallorca S/N KM 1,2 (Rafa Nadal Shop) - 07500 Manacor, Islas Baleares. Please note that you will be responsible for managing and processing this service for the return of the package. Consequently, all costs associated with the return (including handling, shipping, and customs fees) will be at your expense.
6.3. Refund of the purchase amount
The refund of the purchase amount will be processed as soon as possible. However, it will not be issued until the items have been received and their condition has been checked. The products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped: they cannot be used and must have their labels attached. Once the products have been examined, you will be informed if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If so, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase of the items. The estimated time to receive the refund is 5 to 10 days.
6.4. Conditions for exchanges and/or returns
RAFA NADAL SHOP cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless it is a defect and/or quality issue).
Exchanges of one model for another different one or size changes will not be accepted. To change a product for another or change the size, the customer must return the item and make a new purchase.
All returns or exchanges of purchased products must be carefully packaged and include the delivery receipt or invoice.
6.5. Return of incorrect or defective products
If RAFA NADAL SHOP has mistakenly sent a product different from the one ordered or if the product is defective, once the error or defect is confirmed, RAFA NADAL SHOP will arrange for the collection of the item at no cost to the customer. The product will then be returned (including shipping costs, only if the customer does not keep any other products).
If an incorrect or defective order is returned by regular mail, RAFA NADAL SHOP will reimburse the corresponding return shipping costs, provided that the customer includes proof of the shipping expenses incurred for the return.
